Convent Capital, an independent, sustainability-focused, Dutch investment firm, agreed to acquire Canadian operations of Renewi, a European waste management company, for €72m ($81m). "Today's announcement delivers on our commitment to simplify our business and strengthen the balance sheet, achieving a fair value for our Canadian business.
