Brightstar Capital Partners to acquire Gateway Bobcat.

Synopsis

Brightstar Capital Partners, a private investment firm has agreed to acquire Gateway Bobcat, industrial equipment dealership and services platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Gateway Bobcat has been extremely adept at building meaningful scale in the fragmented industrial equipment and services industry. Gateway Bobcat is the centerpiece of our plans to build an industrial equipment dealership and services platform through InfraServ US.” Andrew Weinberg, Brightstar Managing Partner and CEO.
