Brown Shipley, a provider of wealth planning, investment management and lending services, agreed to acquire NW Brown & Co, a wealth manager based in Cambridge with an additional office in Norwich. Financial terms were not disclosed. Commenting on the acquisition, Rory Tapner, Chair of Brown Shipley, said: “This acquisition is an exciting and significant step in the ongoing drive to increase Brown Shipley’s scale across the UK.
