Aurora to acquire Petroleum Service from SGS for $335m.

Aurora, a middle-market private equity firm, agreed to acquire Petroleum Service, a provider of site logistics services for the petrochemical, refining, midstream and marine transportation end markets, from SGS, an inspection, verification, testing and certification company, for $335m.
