WestPoint Home acquires Vision Support Services.

WestPoint Home, a leading manufacturer home textile acquires, Vision Support Services Group, a distributor of textiles to customers in retail, public sector, healthcare, hotel, and hospitality markets in the United Kingdom and internationally. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combination of the two will create an industry giant with a "dominant position" in the hospitality sector. The VSS management team will look to accelerate the rate of growth that has already been achieved across Europe, the Middle East and Asia with a new push into North America.
