LBO France, a leading private equity firm, acquires a majority stake in Eurotab Tabletting, a leading manufacturer of tablets for home care and hygiene. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition is part of LBO France's Small Cap strategy for growing French and Italian SMEs, and is part of a carve-out of the Eurotab family group.
