Sonans acquires Bjorknes Hogskole.

Sonans Gruppen acquires Bjorknes Hogskole, a popular college in Norway focusing on quality education services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sonans currently has 14 private schools throughout the country in addition to online studies. In the autumn, the new schools open in Bodø, Hamar, and Lillestrøm. With the takeover of Bjørknes Högskole, Sonans extends its offer to those who want a college education. Bjorknes Privatskole is not included in the takeover. "Sonans is a very professional player who is concerned that the students will achieve the goals they set. I am convinced that Sonans will help us get an even wider and better study offer and look forward to good collaboration," Cia Dunstorm, Bjorknes College Principal.
