CapStreet Group-backed Marco Group completed the acquisition of Manus Abrasive Systems.

CapStreet Group-backed Marco Group, a manufacturer and distributor of surface preparation equipment and consumables, completed the acquisition of Manus Abrasive Systems, an Edmonton-based manufacturer and distributor of surface preparation equipment, abrasive materials and consumables. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to join the Marco team.
