HCapital Partners completed the investment in Quantal.

Private equity firm HCapital Partners completed the investment in Quantal, a metalworking company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Quantal is dedicated to the development of customized solutions for the production of metalworking components, with a particular focus on laser technologies. The company exports more than 75% of its production and operates in three different business segments, namely automotive prototypes, automotive small series and capital goods components," HCapital.
