Eurofins Consumer Products Testing, an international group of laboratories has agreed to acquire AQM, a textile producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition provides a relevant, comprehensive range of product inspections and factory audit services in EMEA and Asia, significantly contributing to Eurofins’ continued growth plans and expansion into new fields and adjacent markets.
