DIF Infrastructure V, SL Capital Infrastructure II and Local Pensions Partnership Investments to acquire Elenia Lampö from Elenia.

Three investment funds, DIF Infrastructure V, SL Capital Infrastructure II and Local Pensions Partnership Investments, agreed to acquire Elenia Lampö, a district heating company, from Elenia. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale of Elenia Heat enables the Elenia Group to focus on the development of security of electricity distribution, smart grids and multifunctional services to its customers. In addition to network investment, the Elenia Group will also use proceeds from the sale to deleverage.
