Amanda Seafoods, a seafood products provider, completed the acquisition of Glyngore, a herring and tuna brand, from Orkla, a Norwegian conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to including the well-established Danish brand Glyngore in our portfolio.
