Amanda Seafoods completed the acquisition of Glyngore from Orkla.

Amanda Seafoods, a seafood products provider, completed the acquisition of Glyngore, a herring and tuna brand, from Orkla, a Norwegian conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to including the well-established Danish brand Glyngore in our portfolio. Glyngore holds a strong position with Danish consumers, and we see good opportunities for further building the brand through innovation and product development," Jesper Kold Sørensen, Amanda Seafoods CEO.
