Triton Partners-backed Eleda Group, a civil engineering company, completed the acquisition of Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänst, a provider of civil engineering and contract services in the Västerås area in central Sweden. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänst is a civil engineering and contract services company which manage projects in the growing field of specialized services for large logistic real estate and data centers, where the company has leading experience and competence. As the fourth regional company within Eleda Group, the company will give us a strong and strategic position in the Stockholm-Mälaren region and add to our growth rate and earnings," Johan Halvardsson, Eleda Group CEO.
