SHV Energy completed the acquisition of E.ON Gasol Sverige.

SHV Energy, a global distributor of off-grid energy, completed the acquisition of E.ON Gasol Sverige, a supplier of LPG. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition fulfills SHV Energy’s strategic ambitions to become one of the leading suppliers of LPG in Sweden and gain independent access to LPG in the Baltic region through the Karlshamn LPG terminal.
