Blackstone-backed Alight Solutions, a provider of technology-enabled health, wealth and human capital management and financial solutions, agreed to acquire Hodges-Mace, a provider of employee benefits technology, voluntary benefits and custom enrollment services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
