Larsen and Toubro to acquire a 31% of the stake in Mindtree.

Larsen and Toubro, an engineering and construction major has agreed to acquire a 31% of the stake in Mindtree, an Indian IT services company. The company owned already 29% of the shares. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Larsen and Toubro Limited (L&T) has acquired equity shares to an extent 60.06% of the total shareholding of the company and has acquired control and is categorised as promoter pursuant to SEBI (issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018." Mindtree said.
