ACCIONA, a Spanish conglomerate group dedicated to the development and management of infrastructure and renewable energy, announced a takeover 49.9% bid in Mostostal Warszawa, industrial facilities manufacturer for PLN34m. If the takeover bid is successful, ACCIONA plans to delist Mostostal Warszawa from the stock market in order to simplify the group's structure. The company is currently listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
