Instalco, a plumbing company has agreed to acquire Pohjanmaan Taloteknikka Oy, a heating and plumbing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Instalco has expanded its scope of operations to northern Finland. “The acquisition of Pohjanmaan marks the first step in our geographic expansion in Finland beyond Helsinki and Tammerfors.
