KKR completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in Sector Alarm, a provider of alarm systems and security solutions for both residential homes and businesses, for $211m. The transaction will allow Sector Alarm to enhance capabilities of achieving operational and financial excellence, and thereby accelerate the business growth.
