HomeLight acquires Eave.

HomeLight, a real estate referral company acquires Eaves, a mortgage loan orientation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Eave will power the newly formed HomeLight Home Loans division, which launches today with operations in California, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
