LeaseAccelerator to acquire Guardian Global Systems.

LeaseAccelerator, the pioneer in Enterprise Lease Accounting Software-as-a-Service, agreed to acquire Guardian Global Systems, an Australian-based provider of Real Estate Administration SaaS.
