Acorn Growth Companies, a private equity firm investing exclusively in aerospace, defense, and intelligence, announced today the acquisition of Black Sage Technologies (Black Sage), the market leader in the development, integration, and deployment of counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) solutions.
