Basalt completed the acquisition of bn:t and SOCO from Adiuva Capital.

Basalt Infrastructure Partners, an independent infrastructure investment firm, completed the acquisition of Blatzheim Networks Telecom and SOCO Network Solutions, two telecommunication providers, from Adiuva Capital, a German-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited by the acquisitions of bn:t and SOCO.
