Diploma to acquire Virginia Sealing Products for £56m.

Diploma, the international group supplying specialised technical products, agreed to acquire Virginia Sealing Products, a leading supplier of high-quality gaskets and fluid sealing products, for £56m. Johnny Thomson, Chief Executive Officer of Diploma said: "We are delighted to welcome VSP into the Diploma Group.
