SYNLAB completed the acquisition of Aleris Medilab.

SYNLAB, an international medical diagnostics provider, completed the acquisition of Aleris Medilab, Sweden's second largest private provider of laboratory services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Medilab delivers services of a high level of service and quality to large parts of the Swedish healthcare and will at SYNLAB be given the right conditions to develop with an owner with full focus on laboratory operations," Alexander Wennergren Helm, Aleris CEO.
