Volkswagen to acquire LDB Analytics Services from LDB Loffler.

Volkswagen, a multinational automotive company that designs, manufactures and distributes passenger and commercial vehicles, agreed to acquire LDB Analytics Services, a digital specialist in the field of data analysis, from LDB Loffler. Financial terms were not disclosed. Volkswagen has been working with LDB for years and many Volkswagen partners use customer analysis tools provided by the LDB Group. The acquisition is a part of the company's digital strategy.
