Investment companies Andera Partners, Tikehau Capital and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of Ellisphère, which offers business credit rating and scoring and historical information services, for €100m. This transaction allows Ellisphere’s management to increase their stake in the capital and to benefit from a new tour de table to support the group’s growth and development strategy.
