Vitaprotech completed the acquisition of Vauban Systems.

Vitaprotech, a French access control provider, completed the acquisition of Vauban Systems, the specialist in access control products and systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. This combination enables Vitaprotech to complete its offering with innovative and connected access control solutions. Thanks to Vauban Systems, Vitaprotech strengthens itself in the distribution market in France and in Europe, in the continuity of development carried out in England, Asia and the Middle East with the integration of TDSi last month.
