Synopsis

Private equity firm Nazca Capital acquired Madrid-based Cinelux, a lighting rental business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Cinelux meets all the requirements we seek in an investment, has a unique position in the lighting sector and an excellent team in a market with strong growth potential," said the CEO of Nazca Capital, Carlos Carbó.
