Private equity firm Ares Management acquires Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants, one of the fastest-growing casual-dining chains in the US, for $700m. "Given our increasing viability in the market, there is bound to be speculation, but it would not be prudent to comment at this time," said Cooper's Hawk representative.
