IPCO acquires Extruwork.

IPCO, a leading industrial solutions provider acquires Extruwork, a manufacturer of extruder lines for powder paint. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition further strengthens IPCO’s position in the Powder Paint segment. All key individuals are intended to be transferred to IPCO’s Italian operations outside Milan, Italy. “The acquisition is in line with IPCO’s long-term strategy for profitable growth.
