Alliance Automotive Group, a European player in the automotive and truck aftermarket, completed the acquisition of Todd Group, a vehicle parts provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. By joining Alliance Automotive Group, the Todd Group is involved in a project to establish a major national player in the service of transport professionals.
