3i Group, an international investment manager focused on mid-market private equity and infrastructure, agreed to acquire Evernex, an international provider of third-party maintenance services for data center infrastructure, from Carlyle Group, an American multinational private equity firm, for c. $450m. “Carlyle has been a key partner in Evernex’s growth story over the past 4 years, and we would like to thank the CETP team for all the support they have given to the group.
