Snipes to acquire Michigan-based Mr. Alan’s Men’s Bootery.

European lifestyle retailer Snipes agreed to acquire Michigan-based Mr. Alan’s Men’s Bootery, a lifestyle specialty retailer of urban-inspired footwear, apparel and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. This is the second acquisition for Cologne, Germany-based Snipes, which entered the US market earlier this year with the acquisition of Kicks USA. The company is a subsidiary of Deichmann and operates 300 stores in Europe and the US.
