Arsenal Capital Partners completed the acquisition of the Healthcare Packaging business of Clariant, a specialty chemical company, for CHF308m ($314m). The company will be rebranded as Airnov Healthcare Packaging. Clariant’s Healthcare Packaging business offers products used to protect pharmaceutical products from moisture and oxygen. “Clariant was an excellent owner in continuing to elevate the business’s strategic importance to its markets.
