Bestinver has agreed to acquire Fidentiis.

Bestinver, an investment company, has agreed to acquire Fidentiis, a company specializing in capital markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. The agreement contemplates that Bestinver will absorb all the lines of business of Fidentiis (securities company, asset management, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions) and will incorporate a team with more than 80 professionals.
