Bauer Media Group completed the acquisition of Mono Solutions.

Bauer Media Group, a German multimedia conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Mono Solutions, an all-in-one SaaS-based platform for the design, delivery and management of responsive websites and e-commerce. Financial terms were not disclosed.
