Newrest Group Services, a provider of catering services, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Pariltim Yemek, a provider of food services for the industrial catering sector, from Aydin Family. With this new stake, Olivier Sadran and Jonathan Stent-Torriani are affirming the Newrest Group’s desire to expand its strategic operations around the Mediterranean by diversifying its areas of business and expertise.
