Grit Real Estate acquired Société Immobiliére et de Gestion Hôteliére du cap Skirring, the owner of the property known as Club Med Cap Skirring, a 4-trident hotel situated at the Club Med resort at Vacap Cap Skirring in Senegal, for €11.6m. "We are pleased to be acquiring the Club Med Cap Skirring, a 4-trident hotel and resort village in the Republic of Senegal, adding one of Africa's most politically stable and fastest growing markets to Grit's current geographic footprint.
