Amphenol Technologies completed the acquisition of CONEC Group from Richter Holding.

Amphenol Technologies, a producer of electronic and fiber optic connectors, completed the acquisition of CONEC Group, a supplier of technology, production systems, printed circuit boards and cable assembly services, from Richter Holding. Financial terms were not disclosed. CONEC will aim at consolidating its market position as a high-tech supplier and at continuing the internationalization of the business.
