Indutrade to acquire Sensor Groep.

Indutrade, engineering services provider, has agreed to acquire Sensor Groep, technical trading company providing and supplying sensors for industrial automation applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
