Synopsis

Italian fashion group Only The Brave increased its stake in Viktor&Rolf, a Dutch fashion house, to 70% from 51%. Financial terms were not disclosed. The increase “is part of the group’s plan to accelerate the growth of the brands already in its portfolio”, the company said.
