Amorim completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Vinolok for €11m.

Amorim, the largest world producer of cork products, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Vinolok, a Czech Republic-based glass closure business, for €11m. "This historic association of cork and glass is expected to lead to further gains in sustainability and design in premium and ultrapremium wine and spirits packaging," Amorim.
