Samsung, a South Korean multinational conglomerate, completed the acquisition of a 25% stake in CMC, the second largest ICT corporation in Vietnam. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together with CMC, Samsung SDS will promote business to support the digital transformation process of customers on a global scale," WP Hong, Samsung Chairman and CEO.
