Pivotal Acquisition Corp, a public investment vehicle, and KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, acquired Strategic Legal Solutions, a global provider of end-to-end eDiscovery, corporate and staffing support, and Compiled,a software tools provider.
