Bauer Media Group completed the acquisition of Camilyo.

Bauer Media Group, a German multimedia conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Camilyo, an innovative and fast-growing provider of a digital business empowerment platform for SMEs. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting day for our company.
