Cura Health, a privately-held firm based in Garland, Texas, acquired Cobalt Rehabilitation Hospitals, which operates rehabilitation hospitals in the US. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cobalt facilities will keep the Cobalt Rehabilitation Hospital name and will remain focused on providing free-standing, inpatient rehabilitation services.
