MVV Energie has increased its stake in Data Center Group from 25.1% to 74.9%.

MVV Energie, a publicly listed company based in Mannheim and one of Germany's leading energy suppliers, has increased its stake in Data Center Group, a company based in Wallmenroth/Rhineland-Palatinate, which specialises in planning, building and operating data centres of all sizes, from 25.1% to 74.9%. Financial terms were not disclosed.
