Ambienta-backed AromataGroup, a manufacturer of flavors and colors for applications in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetics industries, completed the acquisition of Industrie Prodotti Alimentari Manenti, an Italian provider of breadcrumbs and breading solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of IPAM is another piece in AromataGroup’s strategic expansion plan, allowing AromataGroup to extend its product range and strengthen its key competitive advantage of offering a full product solution to its customers,” Hans Udo Wenzel, AromataGroup's President.
