AESKU.GROUP completed the acquisition of MBL Bion from MBL International.

AESKU.GROUP, a provider of autoimmunity, infectious disease, allergy, and food intolerance testing products, completed the acquisition MBL BION, an immunofluorescence assay specialist, from MBL International, a life sciences company.
